Audio8 Community License v1.0 Copyright © 2026 Audio8 Preamble This License governs your use of the Audio8 TTS Preview 0.1B model (the "Model") made available by Audio8 ("Licensor"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Model, you agree to be bound by the terms of this License. 1. Definitions - "Model" means the model weights, neural audio codec, tokenizer, configuration, processor, and any accompanying code or checkpoints provided in this repository. - "Entity" means you, or if you act on behalf of a legal entity, that legal entity, together with its parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates. - "Non-Commercial Use" means any use that does not involve direct or indirect commercial benefit or revenue, including research, personal, educational, and evaluation purposes. - "Commercial Use" means any use other than Non-Commercial Use, including but not limited to offering products or services for a fee, advertising or monetized content, and revenue-generating internal business operations. - "Annual Revenue" means the total consolidated annual gross revenue of the Entity for its most recently completed fiscal year, determined in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and converted into United States dollars. 2. Grant of Rights 2.1 Non-Commercial Use. Subject to the terms of this License, Licensor grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and redistribute the Model for Non-Commercial Use. 2.2 Commercial Use (Revenue-Capped). Subject to the terms of this License, Licensor grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to make Commercial Use of the Model, provided that your Entity's Annual Revenue is less than US$2,000,000 (two million US dollars). 2.3 Commercial Use above the Threshold. If your Entity's Annual Revenue equals or exceeds US$2,000,000, Commercial Use of the Model is not permitted under this License. You must obtain a separate written commercial license from the Licensor before making any Commercial Use. 3. Conditions - Attribution. Any redistribution of the Model, modified or unmodified, must retain this License and a notice of the Licensor's authorship. - No Additional Restrictions. You may not impose any restriction on recipients that contradicts the terms of this License. - Responsible Use. You must not use the Model to impersonate individuals without their consent, to create misleading or deceptive content, or in any way that violates applicable law. Where required, you must disclose synthetic or AI-generated content. - No Trademark License. This License does not grant you any rights to the Audio8 name, logo, or trademarks. 4. Termination This License terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Model and destroy all copies in your possession or control. 5. Disclaimer of Warranty THE MODEL IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. 6. Limitation of Liability IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE MODEL OR ITS USE. 7.
