Burgstall LoRA License Copyright © 2026 Burgstall 1. Scope This license applies to the original contributions embodied in this LoRA that are owned or controlled by Burgstall ("the LoRA Contribution"). This LoRA is a derivative of LTX-2 and is therefore also subject to the LTX-2 Community License Agreement issued by Lightricks Ltd. A complete copy of the LTX-2 Community License Agreement is included in this repository as: LTX-2-COMMUNITY-LICENSE.md The LTX-2 Community License Agreement, including its use restrictions and acceptable use policies, remains fully applicable to the use, reproduction, modification and distribution of this LoRA. These terms are additional terms applicable to Burgstall's contribution and do not replace, waive or limit any requirements imposed by the LTX-2 Community License Agreement. 2. Non-Commercial License Subject to compliance with both this license and the LTX-2 Community License Agreement, Burgstall grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce and modify the LoRA Contribution for non-commercial purposes. Non-commercial purposes include personal use, research, experimentation and other activities that are not undertaken for commercial advantage or monetary compensation. 3. Commercial Use No commercial license to Burgstall's LoRA Contribution is granted under these terms. Any commercial use of the LoRA Contribution requires a separate commercial license from Burgstall. For commercial licensing inquiries: howdy@theaiwrangler.com A commercial license obtained from Burgstall covers only rights owned or controlled by Burgstall. It does not grant any rights owned or controlled by Lightricks Ltd. Users are independently responsible for obtaining any commercial license required by Lightricks under the LTX-2 Community License Agreement. 4. LTX-2 Licensing Requirements The underlying LTX-2 model and Derivatives of LTX-2 remain subject to the LTX-2 Community License Agreement. Where the LTX-2 Community License Agreement permits a user to use LTX-2 commercially without a separate commercial agreement from Lightricks, this does not by itself grant commercial rights to Burgstall's LoRA Contribution. Where the LTX-2 Community License Agreement requires a separate Commercial Use Agreement from Lightricks, the user must obtain that agreement from Lightricks in addition to any commercial license required from Burgstall. 5. Redistribution Any redistribution of this LoRA must: 1. include this license; 2. include a complete copy of the LTX-2 Community License Agreement, including its attachments and use policies; 3. preserve applicable copyright and attribution notices; and 4. comply with all redistribution and use requirements of the LTX-2 Community License Agreement. Redistribution does not grant the recipient any commercial rights to Burgstall's LoRA Contribution beyond those expressly granted by Burgstall. 6. No Modification of Upstream Rights Nothing in this license is intended to restrict, modify or represent ownership of intellectual property rights belonging to Lightricks Ltd. If any provision of these additional terms conflicts with a mandatory requirement of the LTX-2 Community License Agreement, the LTX-2 Community License Agreement controls to the extent necessary to resolve that conflict. 7. No Warranty The LoRA Contribution is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Burgstall shall not be liable for any claim, damages or other liability arising from the use of the LoRA Contribution.
