§1. Grants
This subjects intellectual property rights, has been completely waived, abandoned, surrendered including but not limited to;
copyrights, design rights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, trade dress, circumvention rights and any other intellectual property right that the author(s) may have or will may have in future, therefore it is public domain.
The exact same grants have been granted for this license document itself.
"Will may have in future" means the rights that the author(s) becomes after licensing the subject, including but not limited to;
requesting patents, design rights, registering trademarks, trade dress.
This license does not try to license things that are not licensed under this license.
§2. Permissive license fallback
For jurisdictions that does not recognize public domain dedication or waiving any other sort of intellectual property right, the author(s) does give you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, non-terminable, royalty-free, irrevocable, unconditional license, for any purpose, including but not limited to;
commercial use, sub-license, modify, make, derive, redistribute and transfer.
These are granted under any intellectual property law defined in §1 that rights holder(s) may have or will may have in future.
§3. Disclaimers of rejections
a) THE SUBJECT DOES NOT COME WITH ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
b) BOTH CREATOR OF THE SUBJECT AND THE LICENSE, SHOULD NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM OR DAMAGES YOU MAKE UNDER PERMITTED LAW.
